Stage 2: Your Personalised Commission

Once your private itinerary is perfected, your specialist will provide a personalised booking form. This can be executed electronically or returned via post—whichever suits your preference.

Stage 3: Securing Your Arrangements

To finalise your reservation, a deposit is required (typically between 25% – 35% of the total cost).

• Secure Payment: Transactions are handled securely over the telephone with your consultant or via bank transfer.

• Late Bookings: For journeys departing within eight weeks, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Stage 4: Final Confirmation & Absolute Security

Upon receipt of your deposit, Earth Trip secures all private services, from boutique luxury sanctuaries to your personal chauffeur-specialist. We will then issue your final confirmation and balance details.

• Visas: While detailed guidance is provided in your travel pack, we recommend verifying current rules with the relevant embassy. Earth Trip can facilitate visa applications for an additional fee.
