About Earth Trip: Family-Run Specialists in Tailor-Made Private Holidays
Earth Trip is an independent, family-run UK travel company creating tailor-made private holidays across Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Indian Ocean. You may know us from earlier years as The Earth Trip; our name is now simply Earth Trip. We plan each journey around your interests, pace and priorities, working with local guides, drivers and destination partners to arrange the details. How Earth Trip started
Earth Trip began in 2011, from a shared love of exploring places with care and curiosity. In 2017 the business became Earth Trip Limited. Fifteen years on, we work in many more destinations than when we started, but our focus is the same: planning each trip personally, drawing on first-hand knowledge, and travelling in a way that respects local communities and the environment.

Meet the team
Our UK-based team brings together travel planning, destination knowledge and on-the-ground partnerships.
- Aleem Raheem, co-founder and sustainable travel specialist for Sri Lanka and Madagascar. His Sri Lankan heritage and first-hand destination experience shape the journeys he plans.
- Izabela Fronczyk, co-founder, plans tailor-made journeys across the Indian Ocean and Africa, including Sri Lanka, Madagascar, the Maldives, Seychelles, Mauritius, South Africa and Kenya.
- Jeremy Snelling, senior travel specialist for Latin America, covering both Central and South America.
- Alex Robinson, travel journalist, photographer and travel specialist. He has lived in Brazil for years, has written guidebooks to the country, and now creates bespoke itineraries and group tours with us.
- Genevieve Hall and Grace Churchill support travel design and operations, coordinating the details of each holiday.
How we plan your holiday
A tailor-made holiday works well when you want several places or experiences brought together, or when you’d like advice on moving between them. Our specialists shape the route, accommodation and local arrangements around your plans, and explain the options and trade-offs so you can choose what suits you best.
We work with local guides, drivers and independent partners in each destination. In Sri Lanka, for example, our local network helps guests travel between regions and learn about local history, food and everyday life. Elsewhere we work with partners chosen for their destination knowledge and standard of service. We also draw on first-hand visits and local feedback when recommending places to stay. Responsible travel doesn’t mean giving up comfort. We plan holidays across a range of accommodation styles, from boutique properties to higher-end stays.
