Genevieve Hall
Travel Consultant and Product Specialist
Genevieve started at Earth Trip in December 2025 after graduating from Newcastle University with a degree in Geography in 2024. She has always had a deep interest in sustainability, focusing much of her university work on environmental topics while also being fascinated by different countries. Earth Trip brings together both of her biggest interests, which led her to join the team and quickly become deeply involved.
During her research trip to Tunisia, she gained a first‑hand understanding of how important responsible travel is to local communities and individual development. From using local guides in each destination to cooking classes with vulnerable women, from traditional craft workshops supporting artisans to meeting calligraphers preserving their art, every experience directly benefited the people running it. It also helped educate a wider audience on the importance of tradition and the arts’ place in Tunisian history. She quickly found that people make the place.
She has always been someone who prefers to experience the country she is visiting rather than stay in one spot, a mindset she shares with Earth Trip clients. Meeting people, sharing food, respecting traditions and seeking out adventure are all key to an exciting journey and the best way to understand a destination.
Earth Trip continues to expand its list of destinations, carefully selecting each new country as an “Earth Trip Destination.” This means choosing places that offer genuine experiences with authentic people, excursions off the beaten track and accommodations that respect our sustainability standards.
