Step 1: Start the Conversation (Enquiry)

Every great holiday begins with a chat. Before you book, we encourage you to contact our expert consultants. This allows us to:

Step 2: Your Personal Booking Form

Once you are happy with your bespoke itinerary, your Earth Trip consultant will email you a personalized booking form. You can sign this electronically or print and return it via email or post—whichever is most convenient for you.

Step 3: Secure Your Trip (Deposit)

To finalize your reservation, a deposit payment is required (typically between 25% – 35% of the total cost).

• Flexible Payment: You can pay securely over the phone with your consultant or via bank transfer.

• Late Bookings: If you are booking within eight weeks of your departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Step 4: Final Confirmation & Peace of Mind

On receipt of your deposit, Earth Trip secures all your private services, from boutique luxury hotels to your personal driver. We will then send you a final confirmation invoice with your remaining balance details.

• Financial Protection: Every penny you pay is 100% protected through our membership with the Travel Trust Association (TTA).

Important Travel Essentials

🛂 Visas

While we provide detailed information in your travel pack, visa rules can change. We recommend checking with your local embassy. If you’d prefer us to handle the paperwork, Earth Trip can arrange visas for you for an additional fee.

🛡️ Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is compulsory for all Earth Trip travelers. It must be taken out at the time of booking to protect you against cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal liability. You will need to provide proof of insurance before your journey begins.

🌍 Stay “Travel Aware”

We support the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) Travel Aware campaign. We strongly recommend visiting gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice before you book to stay updated on safety, security, and health entry requirements for your destination.
