Home The Residence is located in Befotaka Bay in the North of Nosy Be island. The villas and apartments are situated on the stunning seashore on a verdant 10 hectares plot crossed by a picturesque river which flows through the trees on its way to the turquoise waters of the Mozambique channel. With no other hotel within 10 kilometres, enjoy a total immersion in an authentic and protected area.

Choose from a villa or an apartment with stunning sea views and a swimming pool or jacuzzi. The spacious villa accommodation can accommodate 2 to 10 people and the apartments can host up to 3 people. Each of the luxury villas has its own kitchen, garden, 2 to 5 rooms, and last but not least a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean.
